Vanessa Perry was a thriving loan officer back in 2002. She thought she would send her clients to a credit repair service to fix their credit in order to close. Vanessa sent one of her corporate accounts to one of these fraudulent credit repair individuals, not knowing the industries reputation. The credit guy shut off his phone and ran off with the client’s money. Vanessa had to refund the clients out of her own pocket to recover their loss for recommending the fraud.
What Happened Next?
She did not give up. After that Vanessa continued to search for a reputable credit repair company. She did it! They did what they said they would do, but they were rude to the clients. Vanessa began making a list of what she would do if she owned a credit repair company. She wanted to fix credit with quality service along with exceptional customer service. After using the company for a while the owner offered to sell her the program. In conclusion, sixteen years later here we are and we are here to stay.
