Adjustments Made During the Pandemic
Since the pandemic began we had to make adjustments within the company to comply with the needs of our clients. Aside from being able to work remotely to reduce contact, we have also integrated Docusign and Zoom to be able to help clients from the comfort of their home. We have made sure all of our offices are safe as well with sterilization and regular disinfectant. Many companies have struggled during the pandemic if they chose not to improve as a whole. We have made improvements to make our clients experience easy as possible before, during, and post pandemic.
How We Improved As A Company
As a company we have been able to conform and change for the better. We have been able to provide episodes of a series called “Ask Impeccable” for everyone, not just clients. This series of short videos is to provide tips and information to the public in the event they are unable to obtain our services. We provide this information in order to educate and inform the public about all things credit related.
