-USDA loan:No Down Payment Required
-VA loan: No Down Payment Required
-FHA loan:640 credit score requirement, 3.5% Down Payment + Private Mortgage Insurance
-80% Loan To Value: 680 Credit Score Required, 20% Down Payment with 80% Financing Private Mortgage Insurance is NOT required, Best Interest Rate Available
